Chef Jesse Kincheloe has prepared an elegant four course meal in celebration of Pinot Noir! Join us along with our friends from Illahe Vineyards, Evesham Wood, and HadenFig for a Pre-IPNC feast paired with a selection of wines from all three producers.
Amuse - Diver Scallop Crudo with cucumber, lemon and pickled watermelon.
First - Oregon Dungeness Crab Salad with fennel, citrus and tarragon.
Second - Bernard's Farm Corn Gnocchi with pancetta, parmesan & thyme.
Third - Roasted Quail stuffed with foraged mushrooms, hazelnuts and Oregon jewel rice.
Dessert - Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with white wine poached huckleberries.
